LONDON: Former petroleum minister and Pakistan People’s Party President Karachi Division, Dr Asim yesterday visited Kings College Hospital for his treatment. He was examined by Dr I. Malik who advised him rehabilitation through Radio Frequency Ablation to be followed disc surgery. The medical experts also studied various reports carried by Dr Asim along with him prepared by medical boards in Pakistan during his detention. It is pertinent to mention here that earlier, the doctors had told Dr Asim Hussain that he will be advised about his “fitness for surgery” after detailed examination of his blood tests and scans including medical reports of the past year. He was examined in detail by leading neurological surgeon Dr James Alibone.
