DR ASIM EXPRESSES CONFIDENCE IN LEADERSHIP, LEAVES FOR TREATMENT

KARACHI: Former petroleum minister and leader of PPP Dr Asim Hussain expressed confidence in leadership of party’s chairman. I will always be a PPP worker who believes in federalism, never support division of Sindh, he said replying to media persons here yesterday. In his video message before leaving for London via Dubai for his treatment Dr. Asim expressed his full confidence on the leadership of Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. Asim said; “I am a man of federal thought and believe in the unity and a strong Pakistan. I am very much in the Peoples’ Party and will stay loyal to the Party and my chairman. I am leaving for my treatment abroad and In Sha Allah soon after return I will play active role in the country politics.” Dr Asim left yesterday for London via Dubai for treatment after removal of his name from ECL. Dr Asim’s family members saw him off at the airport.
