KARACHI: Another petition filed by Dr Zareen Hussain, the wife of Dr Asim Hussain, vs federation of Pakistan and others was put for hearing before division bench comprising Chief Justice, Justice Sajjad Ali Shah & Justice Muhammad Junaid Ghaffar yesterday. It was adjourned for third week of January 2017. This application was filed against 90 days detention of Dr Asim Hussain by Rangers in the case of ATC on 4th December 2015. Since then this application is put before 18 different benches of SHC within the span of more than one year, and the result is yet awaited.
