LONDON: Pakistan People’s Party, Karachi Division, President Dr Asim Hussain has said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar used the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to cook up “false” and politically motivated cases against him. Dr Asim is in London, after getting permission by the Supreme Court for treatment abroad. In an exclusive talk here yesterday, he lamented that Nawaz Sharif is freely moving in London having bank accounts and properties here while there were cases against him. “He is also sitting in the government. I have no bank accounts here and no property of mine was discovered by authorities after thorough investigation, but just on instigation of Nawaz Sharif and Chaudhry Nisar, NAB made false and political cases against me against me. How could I be a satisfied man?” The Pakistan People’s Party leader said the National Accountability Bureau once gain attempted to attack against me in Karachi court when a person chased me and later they accepted that that he was their intelligence person.
