KARACHI: The Accountability Court No. IV during the hearing of Jamshoro Joint Venture Limited (JJVL) reference No. 19/2016 accepted the leave application of Dr Asim Hussain yesterday and adjourned the case to 8th July. Shoaib Warsi, Zaheer Siddiqui and other co-accused were present in the court in the case filed by NAB when defence counsels for Dr Asim Hussain submitted the request for leave on medical grounds. They said their client was sick and could not appear in the court. The court allowed the leave and adjourned the hearing for July 8. Earlier, in reference No. 13/2016 the next date was fixed at 3rd July.
