Karachi: Pakistan Peoples’ Party senior leader and former Petroleum Minister Dr Asim Hussain has congratulated party’s Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on becoming Foreign Minister. In a statement Dr Asim said that it is honour for PPP that Bilawal Bhutto becomes youngest Foreign Ministry in history of country. He expressed his confidence that after taking charge of foreign ministry office Bilawal would serve country like his grandfather Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto who served country in this capacity. Dr Asim while expressing his optimism said that Bilawal would focus on Pakistan’s relations with outside world in a better way and would mend unsteady ties with countries got aloof during previous government.
He said that Bilawal Bhutto in coordinated way with PM Shehbaz Sharif would work for cementing relations with USA, west and EU countries for benefit of country’s socio-economic well-being in days to come. PPP leader on his official Twitter handle wrote “Congratulations Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for taking oath as a youngest Foreign Minister of Pakistan. I hope you will make this country proud all over the world.’
