LONDON: Chairman Sindh Higher Education Commission Dr Asim Hussain, signed an agreement and Terry Naville, CEO Northampton University, UK, for collaboration in promotion of education. The ceremony held at Northampton is part of the Sindh Inter-Universities Consortium (SIUC) programme to develop collaboration with foreign universities in order to bring expenditure for study in a foreign university to the lowest. The programme is aimed at facilitating those Pakistani students who cannot afford higher education in UK or USA due to financial constraints. Justice Qazi Khalid Ali, Chairman Sindh Inter Universities Consortium and Vice Chancellor Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law Karachi and Muhammad Hussain Syed, Secretary Sindh Higher Education Commission were also present on the occasion. They will also meet on 27.9.17 with other high officials as well.
