To another question by defence counsel Amir Raza, witness said that he was unaware of the documents shown in the seizure memo prepared by NAB investigation officer on October 02, 2015; neither his statement was recorded by NAB authorities. It was on February 18, 2016 when he had signed the documents placed on record. To another question Amaduddin replied that he had visited the NAB office only 3 or 4 times on their verbal calling. He also said that he did not produce any authority letter in the court, issued by his superior officers for appearance before the NAB I.O. However, his superiors did receive letters which he did not place on record. The witness also admitted that documents produced before the courts were not in his possession on October 02, 2015.
